We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in telecommunications or government or highly complex legacy platforms.
  
• Hands on expert, while still able to be a strong UX expert on discovery research
  
• Can confidently lead a workshop and facilitate C-suite and cross functional groups.
• High level expert skills in advanced figma prototype and development
  
• someone with MAKE AI and front end engineering skills or experimenting in Figma MCP is a bonus
• Strong team partner and player
  
• While individually is adept and managing and leading their stream of work, Can also play with a community of designers, provide feedback, critique and advise on best design craft and practice.
