What you'll be doing

Providing efficient and friendly customer service to both new and existing clients

Responding to customer inquiries and orders in a timely manner

Processing orders, tracking deliveries, and receiving courier deliveries

Following up with the manufacturers' on order status

Maintaining accurate records and generating sales reports as required

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industrial supplies or related industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with experience in CRM software preferred

A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
