About the role

This full-time Sales Administrator role at Harcourts Asap' in Narre Warren, VIC is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic real estate team. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide vital support to the sales team, ensuring that all administrative tasks and client interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and manage the administrative aspects of the sales process, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, maintaining detailed records and conducting some of out of office activities such as building and pest inspections

Coordinating quotes and securing bookings with partners—such as staging companies, trades, or other service providers—needed to help our vendors prepare their homes for sale

Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing their needs

Assist the sales team with marketing and advertising activities, such as creating and distributing property listings

Collaborate with the broader team to ensure smooth communication and a seamless client experience

Contribute to the overall success of the office by maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar administrative or client-facing role, preferably within the real estate industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues

Excellent organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using relevant software and technology, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems

A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
