Our client is an industry leader with strong client relationships and a stable team. Due to an internal promotion our client is searching for a sales administration manager (Client Services Manager)

About You:

• Experienced in sales administration
• Looking to learn new processes and procedures as well as bring ideas that you feel would help the team
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent with communication
• There will be an opportunity for team leadership if that is your career plan. If not, that is okay, too.

About the position:

• End to End sales file management (excluding marketing)
• Schedule and manage the booking of photos and copywriting
• Set up and maintain property portal uploads
• Collate and review required documents for property sale
• Manage auction campaigns and scheduling for clients
• Process a sale in the client's sales program
• Distribute to key stakeholders of the sale contracts and documentation
• Maintain client advertising schedules and pricing as required.
• Attend regular team meetings (Sales team)
• Assist with sales proposals with prospective customers.
• Work with the client's service providers to undertake the property listing and sale process.
• Assist with training of junior staff or new staff
• Coordinate internal team members that may assist with the service.
• Ensure property sale practices are conducted in compliance w
• Work with our internal task and support management software programs required to undertake the role.
• Use and maintain a competent use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience is required for the position, a full induction will be conducted to ensure you are set up for success.
