Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative, data-driven social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more

Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, graphics and captions

Film and edit short-form and long-form video content

Design high-quality social assets

Manage and optimise organic and paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok

Monitor performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights

Respond to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner

Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals

Support copywriting and editing for blogs, website and marketing materials

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and platform updates

Skills & Experience

2+ years’ experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing

Strong video editing and Canva design skills (Adobe Suite a bonus)

Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading abilities

Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms and best practices

Experience managing Meta and TikTok content (organic + paid)

Confident with analytics and reporting

Highly organised, proactive and creative

Knowledge of the migration/education sector is a plus
