About the role

As a Content Creator and Social Media Manager at Lend and Loan, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy. Responsible for creating engaging and impactful content across various social media platforms, you will contribute to building the company's brand and online presence. This full-time position is based in Kingsgrove, NSW 2208.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

Create high-quality, visually appealing content such as images, videos, and written posts for Lend and Loan's social media channels

Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Analyse social media metrics and performance, and use insights to optimise content and strategies

Collaborate with the director to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital content

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's digital presence

Creating an online paid ad strategy to create further reach.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content

Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices

Proficient in using graphic design tools and video editing software

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and marketing strategies

Finance related knowledge is preferred.
