The Project Manager will have the following:

• Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company
• High rise project experience is extremely attractive
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Commercially astute
• Ability to effectively manage Industrial Relations

The project team consists of a Senior Site Manager, Structures and Finishes Foreman, HSE Advisor, Project and Site Engineers and CA's.
