Project Manager
At Design & Build Recruitment, we pride ourselves on working with the best possible builders in the country. A top tier head D&C contractor is looking to add an additional Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to their established team. This position is due to growth.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Pre Construction activities early, then move through to delivery of projects. You will have full autonomy over your project and your team. Looking toward the future, you will never have to worry about travel, as our client have focused their attention on projects within the Greater Brisbane area ONLY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage government funded projects: health, education, & social housing.
• Run ECI, and all other pre construction activities.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Build you team, and foster a fun yet hardworking team culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on Government projects $30M+.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work pre con + delivery.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
