Marketing Assistant
Reports to: Partnerships, Athletes and Affiliates Lead
Location: Brookvale, NSW (Budgy Smuggler HQ)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Assistant who’s ready to dive head-first into all things marketing. No two days will look the same; one day you’ll be pulling together performance reports, the next you might be wrangling products for a photoshoot, coordinating with Australia’s most notable athletes or influencers, or helping launch a new campaign.
If you're looking to jump into a role in marketing but not 100% sure which area grabs you most, this is the role for you.
This role is hands-on, fast-moving and a chance to learn the ropes across every corner of marketing and partnerships. You’ll get exposure not just to the creative and campaign side of things, but also the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps everything running smoothly. Plus, you’ll be working directly with the Marketing Manager, the Partnerships, Athletes and Affiliates Lead and also with our GM and CEO; so you’ll also pick up some handy insights into how a business runs (not just how to make it look good on Instagram).
If you’re organised, up for a laugh and love the idea of getting stuck into everything from shoots to reels, this could be the perfect next step in your marketing journey.
