The Role:
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with digital, print, social media, and advertising campaigns
• Social media scheduling, posting, and performance reporting
• Supporting lead generation initiatives and property technology integration
• Producing marketing collateral using brand templates (Canva)
• Maintaining the website and property listing platforms
• Contributing to creative strategy across Hero, Hub & Hygiene content
• Supporting internal and external events
• Assisting with PR and media activity reporting
• Monitoring marketing analytics and performance metrics

What You'll Bring:

• A marketing or property-related qualification, or experience in marketing (ideally within a property/real estate setting)
• Knowledge of digital marketing including social media, SEO/SEM, and web analytics
• Proficiency in Canva for creating and editing marketing assets
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performing marketing team
