Our customer, is one of the largest Bathroom and Kitchen products retailer, with showrooms and warehouses located in North Rocks. Their business spans NSW, VIC, QLD, and Auckland. For the past 14 years, they have been serving a diverse clientele including end customers, builders, plumbers, designers, and construction companies. Are you a creative and proactive marketing professional with a passion for consumer brands? They are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the growing team and support a broad range of marketing initiatives across digital, social, and offline channels. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to end-to-end campaign execution and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns including seasonal promotions, brand activations, and sales initiatives.

• Manage daily operations of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

• Coordinate with external media and influencer agencies (KOLs/KOCs) to deliver effective digital collaborations and drive engagement.

• Support paid advertising efforts — from drafting copy and preparing assets, to selecting ad channels and analyzing performance data.

• Liaise with in-house designers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials aligned with campaign objectives.

• Provide general marketing support to the Marketing Manager and assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth team communication.

Skills & Requirements:

▪ Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or a related field.

▪ 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience (agency-side experience highly regarded).

▪ Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends; hands-on experience with video content creation is a plus.

▪ Exposure to digital advertising tools (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads) and understanding of campaign management processes.

▪ Strong copywriting, organization, and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

▪ A team player with a keen eye for branding and consumer behavior.

▪ Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen required.

▪ Own car preferred – free on-site parking available.
