Beds R Us is a premium bedding retailer specialising in Australian-made SleepMaker mattresses and curated bedroom furniture. Our two stunning showrooms – located in Kotara Home Co. Centre and Warners Bay – are designed to help customers create their dream sleep sanctuary.

We're a locally owned, supportive team with a strong focus on consultative selling, premium service, and building lasting customer relationships.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Kotara showroom. You'll work with middle- to high-end customers to help them design their perfect bedroom space – guiding them through beds, mattresses, and coordinated furniture options with confidence and care.

You’ll also have the opportunity to shape the presentation and experience of the showroom. We value initiative and welcome team members who want to contribute ideas and grow with us.

What’s On Offer

$65,000–$85,000 base + super + weekly performance bonuses

No heavy lifting – logistics are managed by our warehouse team

Focus on selling, not paperwork – all receiving and logistics are handled off-site so you can focus on customers

Roster flexibility: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day (or 3 weekdays + both weekend days)

About You

You’re someone who brings energy, polish, and professionalism to every customer interaction, with a strong track record of success in retail sales.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have experience selling higher-value retail products (e.g. homewares, interiors, furniture, fashion, bedding, or jewellery)

Are confident selling in the $1,000–$10,000 price range

Consistently exceed sales targets and take pride in your results

Are well-presented, reliable, and organised

Are comfortable with basic systems and willing to learn Retail Express
