Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year + Commissions

About Us:
AllGal Sheds, a member of the Williams River Steel Group of Companies, is a leading provider of steel-framed buildings for both residential and rural markets. Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking multiple full-time Sales Consultants to join our team and service the Newcastle, Upper Hunter, and Central Coast regions.

About the Role:
We are looking for proactive, customer-focused Sales Consultants to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process. As part of the sales team, you will help clients bring their projects to life with our range of sheds, garages, and steel-framed buildings. The role requires the ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and adapt to different situations.
Our computerised quoting software allows you to provide quotes to clients within the same day. The role also involves conducting site visits with other contractors to offer a complete construction price.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to secure sales.

Travel between offices and client locations as required.

Collaborate effectively with team members and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

Sales experience in the building industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right applicants with a positive attitude.

Competency in using Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Team players with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors and fellow staff to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Flexibility to work out of our Branxton, Heatherbrae, or Gosford offices, including Saturdays.

A current driver’s license.
