About the role

Join the team at Pure Aquatics' as a full-time Sales Consultant based in Wauchope NSW 2446. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for the business. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading provider of aquatic products and services.

What you'll be doing

Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers both in-store and via phone/email

Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products and services

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the aquatics or home/garden industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in aquatic products

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude

Basic computer skills and experience using point-of-sale systems
