We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Sales Consultant's to join our established teams at Sydney City Škoda who will have the opportunity for career advancement to Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager

About the role
As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience. The full-time role is crucial in supporting the overall success of the dealership and reputation of the Škoda brand. Involved in all aspects of the sales process you will be;

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and matching them with the right Škoda model

Demonstrating vehicle features and capabilities to customers, providing product knowledge and advice

Supporting the sales process by handling inquiries, booking test drives, and guiding customers through the purchase journey

Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the product range, pricing, and financing options

Proactively following up with customers to build long-term relationships and identify additional sales opportunities

Proactively building long-term relationships by following up with customers to identify additional sales opportunities

Collaborating with the wider dealership team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience at every touchpoint

The successful candidates will demonstrate

Proven sales experience within the automotive industry preferably with Škoda or Volkswagen

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Excellent product knowledge and the desire to continuously learn

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative and self-motivation

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a drive to exceed individual and team sales targets

A positive and professional attitude, with a passion for the unmatched excellence of the Volkswagen and Škoda brands

Prior experience with Office 365 and ERAnet will be highly regarded
