About the role

Join our growing team as a Sales Consultant at Brightstar Nursing Australia Pty Ltd. This full-time role is based in Hurstville NSW 2220 and will see you playing a key part in driving sales and revenue growth for our nursing and healthcare staffing services. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking and other lead generation activities

Visiting potential clients to pitch our services and close new business

Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts

Providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to implement effective sales strategies

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the nursing or healthcare industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.

Minimum 2+ years proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
