We are currently hiring for a Recruitment Consultant (or Senior Recruitment Consultant) to join our busiest permanent Aged Caredesk, taking over from an established Consultant who is re-locating overseas.
Key Information:
- Salary - $75,000 - $85,000 (experience depending) + superannuation (12%) + uncapped quarterly commission structure.
- Position on offer - Recruitment Consultant (or Senior Recruitment Consultant, experience depending). As a 360 Consultant, you will manage every stage of the recruitment cycle from candidate generation, current candidate management, to business development and current client management. This will require high volume phone calls, meetings, and an efficient approach to administrative tasks.
- Desk on offer - We are a specialised Healthcare Recruitment Agency - the position we have available is within our Aged Care Division on our busiest permanent desk. A vast majority of the candidates you place will be clinical - Nursing and Management level. This is a rare opportunity to take over a warm/hot desk from an established Consultant who is relocating overseas. It is E4s original and longest standing desk, offering a pool of long-standing candidate and client relationships. As such we are looking for someone with prior sales or Recruitment experience with a high standard of customer service skills, who has the ability to hit the ground running and maintain our reputation in this space. There is opportunity to succeed very quickly on this desk.
- E4's Support Team - It is a huge focus for us to make sure you are skilled up correctly and represent our brand positively - that's why we have a dedicated Learning & Development Manager who supports every member of the E4 team, through every stage of their career. Aside from this we have a robust Compliance team, After Hours team, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, and Finance team. Despite your prior experience, we will take you through our structured onboarding/training programme during your initial weeks in the role.
- Personal Holidays - At least 6 weeks off per year – 20 days annual leave + between Christmas and New Year off + quarterly 'wellness day' on the day of your choice + take your Birthday off + days off for E4’s annual end of financial year trip + team competitions where extra days off are up for grabs.
- Work-life Balance - Once you have been through the training period and are confident in the role, we will provide you with a laptop and headset to work at home 1-2 days per week. Flexible start/finish times and 4pm finish on Fridays.
- Work social life - On average E4 spends around $3,000 per person on social events through the year. It is important to us that we gather the team for bonding opportunities, whether that be volunteering within the community, or a social event.
