About the Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will be part of a close-knit Perth based team of IT Professionals supporting our valued clients. Attention to detail and consistency is required to maintain the workload and level of excellence expected by our clients. As a Senior Engineer at Perth Support, you will:

Be a technical escalation point for a team of IT Helpdesk Engineers.

Manage helpdesk service requests, security breaches and emergency calls using modern and well-regarded RMM and PSA tools.

Configure, deploy and support Smartphones, Laptops, Desktops, Servers and peripherals using Intune and remote management utilities.

Handle scripting and automation tasks as required to streamline client solutions and internal processes.

Work with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory to provide high-level support.

Install software, patches, and updates across desktop, laptop, and server fleets.

Utilise your knowledge of Windows Server in maintaining client infrastructure.

Plan, perform and support Cloud Migrations from on premise Exchange to Microsoft 365 using Migration tools and scripting.

Plan, perform and support a range of company and client projects as required.

Maintain up-to-date process and system documentation.

Engage with clients face-to-face, over the phone, and remotely to deliver solutions and support.

Provide exceptional customer service and communication across written, verbal, and interpersonal channels.

Assist with pre-sales of client solutions and working collaboratively with customer sales and account management team.

Be a positive representation of Perth Support and uphold the company values.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a driven individual who has:

Minimum 8-years practical MSP experience

Extensive experience with Microsoft platforms including Microsoft 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory and DNS

Proficiency in deploying and maintaining IT solutions for desktops, laptops, servers and network infrastructure.

Background supporting mobile devices (iOS & Android).

Windows Server and networking experience is essential.

Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service both on-site and remotely.

Strong technical and analytical skills combined with great people skills

Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Working rights within Australia.

Living in, or ability to move to, Western Australia.

A valid Western Australian driver’s license and access to a car.

Remuneration & Benefits

Starting salary of $112,500 inclusive of 12.5% superannuation.
