Housing Manager
Location: Belconnen, ACT

8 week contract with possible extensions

As a Housing Manager, you’ll be out in the field supporting tenants, assessing housing needs, and driving service improvement. Key Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of tenancies and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements
• Conduct client visits, inspections, and provide targeted tenancy support
• Collaborate with service providers to assist vulnerable tenants
• Monitor property conditions and escalate maintenance or safety issues

Key Criteria:

• Strong experience in customer-facing roles, including outreach work
• High-level organisational and reporting skills with the ability to meet KPIs
• Knowledge or ability to apply tenancy legislation and housing policies
• Current driver’s license and Working with Vulnerable People registration
