Who You Are

For APS5: You’re organised, detail-driven, and confident managing contract admin and liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
For APS6: You’re an experienced procurement lead who can run end-to-end processes, advise on risk, and keep contract performance on track.

Key Duties

APS5 – Contract Administration Officer

Support day-to-day contract administration, including milestone tracking and deliverables.

Ensure compliance with CPRs and internal policies.

Maintain accurate records in departmental systems.

Provide admin support to contract managers.

Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to coordinate contract activities.

APS6 – Procurement & Contract Manager

Lead low to medium complexity procurements from planning to contract award.

Draft, negotiate, and manage contract terms, renewals, and performance.

Provide strategic procurement advice and risk guidance.

Prepare plans, reports, and compliance documentation.

Build strong internal and supplier relationships to lift capability and delivery.
