Your New Role
As the ICT Procurement and Contracts Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing multiple ICT contracts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering high-quality outcomes. You'll oversee vendor performance, lead procurement activities, and provide expert advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ICT contracts and vendor relationships
• Lead procurement activities and complex negotiations
• Monitor performance against SLAs and contractual obligations
• Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends
• Provide strategic advice and reporting on procurement activities
• Ensure compliance and maintain high standards of probity

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3+ years' experience in ICT contracts and vendor management within government or similar environments
• Strong understanding of government procurement frameworks
• Proven ability to improve business processes and manage complex tasks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
