Rise is on the lookout for a detail-loving, process-driven Administrator to support our People with Disabilities team.
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (part-time may be considered) working at our Rise Offices, Helen’s Place (Middle Swan), Peter Anderton (Forrestfield) and once up-to-speed/approved you may enjoy some work-from-home flexibility. The opportunity is covering a parental leave period starting as soon as possible until January 2027 (up to 16 months).
🙌🏼What you’ll be doing…
Coordinating the behind-the-scenes magic for our NDIS services including master rosters changes, hours of work agreements, and schedule of supports.
Working closely with our friendly NDIS team to ensure services are aligned with client goals and funding.
Tracking service bookings, maintaining accurate records, and keeping everything humming along in compliance with NDIS requirements.
Supporting reporting, data collection and other adhoc admin tasks
Helping us improve processes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
🎯 What you’ll bring…
Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following:
Qualification in administration and/or related experience
Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft tools (Excel, Visio, SharePoint) plus generating reports, mail merges, and creating polished presentations.
Great communicator who’s comfortable dealing with a variety of people, both inside and outside the organisation.
A team player who can also confidently take the reins and work independently when the situation calls for it.
Super-organised and proactive, with a knack for juggling tasks, managing deadlines, and keeping things running smoothly (with a little supervision when needed).

Appointments to this position require a NDIS worker screening check. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
