🧩 The key details…

Rise is recruiting an NDIS Liaison Officer. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure client funding is on track, bookings are right, and the paperwork adds up. Working closely with our Senior Coordinator and wider Service Support team, you’ll help ensure Rise can deliver and bill for NDIS services accurately.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (part-time may be considered) working at Rise’s Helen’s Place Office (Middle Swan) and once up-to-speed/approved you may enjoy some work-from-home flexibility. The opportunity is a fixed-term cover position from 1 December 2026 to 19 June 2026.

🙌🏼What you’ll be doing…

Helping to build client Schedules of Support that align with their goals

Reviewing service bookings and keeping funding info updated

Tracking funding plans and spotting any issues early

Working closely with teams across Rise to keep things moving

Making sure documentation is complete, accurate and NDIS-compliant

🎯 What you’ll bring…

A qualification (or working towards one) in Community Services, Disability, Social Work, or a related area (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Solid knowledge of the NDIS, including how funding works, what supports are available, and how plans are implemented and monitored.

Confident communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, service teams, and external stakeholders

Tech-savvy and familiarity with Microsoft tools

You’re organised, proactive, and know how to get things done, whether you’re flying solo or teaming up to make things happen.

Appointments to this position require a NDIS worker screening check and working with children check. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
