POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrator’s role is to work with and support the Managing Director, Sales Manager, Service Manager and Parts & Accessories Manager in the continual development and growth of the business. This position is vital in the support it provides to all departments and management of the company’s legal reporting responsibilities.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ongoing
Company reporting requirement met by timely lodgement of BAS and Company Tax
Customer satisfaction supported by providing registrations and Insurance Quotes for Sales
Debtors and Creditors liabilities minimised through accurate account management and monitoring
Payroll Management
Administering Floorplan Finance Facilities
Business requirements such as Business Licencing, Registrations, WorkCover and Insurances met through timely payments and accurate and up to date business records
System integrity maintained by monitoring of audit reports and communications from Revolution and MYOB
Business professionalism supported through prompt answering of telephone and support in Retail Shop
Up to date business practices maintained by awareness of legal responsibilities and changing rules and regulations
Support all departments through monthly reporting requirements
Development
Look for continual development opportunities for all staff
Safety
Ensure quality and occupational health and safety standards are met
Other
Ensure continued focus on providing excellent customer service
Efficient management own time and resources
