We’re on the hunt for some go-getters to join our bar and front of house team at the Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm Cafe at Elizabeth Town. Our bar and front of house team take the lead on our visitor experience, and we need some more bright and confident team players to join our crew.

We're after both experienced baristas and front of house all-rounders - if you can do both, even better! General responsibilities include barista and bar work, welcoming guests, taking orders, running meals, production of in-house products and more. We like to rotate our team through various roles, so you'll get a taste of everything. We’re open 7 days a week from 7am to 5pm, so it’s essential that our team members are flexible and willing to work on a casual basis on both weekdays and weekends.

If you have experience in hospitality, customer service, or if you simply feel that you’re the type of bright and confident team player that we’re after - we would love to hear from you! Hospitality experience is beneficial but it’s not essential, we would love to train up some can-do people even if they're new to the industry.
