About our Business

Our restaurant has two dining rooms in the fabulous 1920's Art Deco building located in the Hobart CBD.

Our emphasis is casual but elegant dining with a friendly and efficient service style.

We are privileged to have a really tight-knit crew and lots of regular clients.

Availability

Candidate must be available to work at least three-four evening shifts a week including Fridays and Saturdays.

*Must be available to start immediately.

Desirable

Previous a la carte experience and a minimum of two years experience as a food and beverage attendant will make you a strong candidate for this role.

Skills and experience required

*Must hold a current RSA.

*Have confidence in providing wine service ie. pouring at the table, using a corkscrew and decanting.

*Experience operating a POS.

*Ability to work both independently and in a team.

*Be willing to learn new skills

***And most importantly have a friendly and reliable attitude.
