LITTLE RIVA a brand-new beachside café opening soon and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to help us build something special from the ground up.

Located in Turners Beach, LITTLE RIVA will serve specialty coffee, paddock to plate food and genuine hospitality in an elegant coastal setting.

Whether it's an early morning espresso or a leisurely afternoon flat white, we aim to deliver consistently excellent service to both locals and visitors alike.

About the Role
As one of our first baristas, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering high-quality coffee and customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a foundation team and help shape the identity of a new local venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks to a high standard

Taking customer orders with a friendly, welcoming attitude

Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and coffee station

Work collaboratively with others to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

Previous barista experience in a fast-paced café environment

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment (we’re new, so we’d love to hear your ideas)

Excellent communication skills

Reliability, punctuality and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Availability on weekends and public holidays

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
