Veterans First Consulting is seeking a dedicatedBookkeeper to manage reconciliations, invoicing, and ad-hoc reporting. By joining our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our financial records are accurate, up- to-date, and ready to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling accounts in Xero to maintain accurate financial data

• Preparing and sending invoices and receipts to clients

• Preparing basic ad-hoc financial reports for the Director as required

• Maintaining organised financial records and supporting documentation

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar finance role

• Proficiency with Xero accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Highly Desirable: Experience preparing management reports and working in a professional services environment
