Bookkeeper - Join Our Forward-Thinking Multi-Service Practice ( REMOTE POSITION )

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team at Tilt Group, where traditional bookkeeping meets innovative business solutions. This role offers flexibility with either full-time or 25-30 hours per week options. You'll be working independently on day-to-day tasks while having the support and guidance of our Head of Bookkeeping. You'll gain valuable exposure to our integrated tax & accounting, business coaching, mortgage broking, and asset finance divisions.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing comprehensive bookkeeping services for diverse clients

Working independently while maintaining regular communication with our Head of Bookkeeping

Following established workflows and systems to ensure consistency and quality

Collaborating across our multi-service platform including accounting, coaching, and finance arms

Working as part of a cohesive team where we all support each client collectively

Utilizing cutting-edge software and technology to deliver superior outcomes

What We're Looking For

Proven experience working in and/or with public practice accounting firms

Ability to work autonomously on day-to-day tasks while knowing when to seek support

Strong attention to detail with excellent processing capabilities

Team player who thrives within structured systems and processes

The right mindset and personality - this is non-negotiable for us

Comfort with technology and willingness to embrace new software solutions

Willingness to learn and adapt in a multi-faceted business environment
