The Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will take the lead in managing a well-maintained portfolio with the support of administrative teams. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships while ensuring the highest standards in service and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage a clean and established portfolio with full administrative support

Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinate maintenance, inspections, arrears, and lease renewals

Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards

Contribute to process improvement and team

About You

Experience in property management

QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Strong communication skills

Proficiency with PropertyMe (or similar systems)

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

A proactive, positive attitude and strong team focus

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
