What You’ll Be Doing

In this full-time, office-based role, you'll be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties with care and precision

Leading and mentoring your assistant and leasing consultant

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants through proactive communication

Advertising properties, screening tenants, and coordinating leasing processes

Handling lease agreements, renewals, and terminations

Coordinating maintenance and resolving issues efficiently

Managing arrears and preparing QCAT submissions when required

Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining accurate records

Delivering consistent, top-tier customer service every step of the way

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management

In-depth understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with ease

Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure

Proficiency with real estate software (e.g. PropertyMe, TAPI, Inspection Express)

A current Certificate IV in Property Services (or equivalent qualification)
