What We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for both qualified and unqualified Support Workers who live in or are happy to travel to the following areas:
Bass coast & surrounds
Toora
Foster
Whether you're a qualified professional or someone passionate about helping others and looking to get started in the care industry, we want to hear from you.
Who You Are
If you’re qualified :
You may hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Nursing, or a related field.
If you're unqualified but eager to start, you may be:
A caring, reliable individual ready to build a career in support work.
Open to learning and willing to complete training.
Someone with personal or volunteer experience in care (highly valued but not essential).
Compassionate, patient, and comfortable assisting people with daily activities.

A Day in the Life as a Support Worker
Depending on your experience and the client’s needs, you might:
Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
Support clients with mobility, medication, or transport.
Help around the home cleaning, cooking, shopping.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Encourage community participation and independence.
