Disability Support Worker – ASD & Intellectual Disability

We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team and support a 22-year-old male participant living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability.

About the Role

You will be part of a dedicated support team, providing high-quality, person-centred care. Duties include:

Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care

Supporting community access, outings, and activities

Encouraging independence and skill development

Creating a safe, calm and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working with people with ASD or intellectual disability

Patient, calm, and understanding approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable and flexible availability

Mandatory Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid & CPR

Valid driver’s license (preferred)
