About CPSN

The Cerebral Palsy Support Network (CPSN) has been providing high quality support, information and services to people with cerebral palsy and their families for over 25 years.

CPSN is an organisation, not an agency. We employ support workers based on their experience, aptitude and attitude to match with individual clients, to provide continuity of care for our clients and stable employment for our support workers.

As a CPSN support worker you will be providing supports to our clients in their home and assisting with community access if required.

To be considered for a support worker position with CPSN you must have:

Proven experience in the disability sector, providing physical supports

Good spoken and written comprehension of English

Computer literacy skills

The ability to closely align with our organisational values

An understanding of the impact of disability on the family dynamic

An NDIS Worker Screening Check

An NDIS Worker Orientation Module

A Valid CPR and First Aid

A Drivers License

Unrestricted work rights in Australia

2 work related references

We exist to support and empower people living with cerebral palsy and like conditions by providing tailored services, advocacy, and community connection.

We live our values and purpose through embedding choice and human rights into the fabric of our organisation. CPSN is committed to the involvement of people with cerebral palsy at all levels of the organisation in networking, advisory groups and other roles.
