With consistent inbound leads generated through our marketing engine, established lender partnerships and a strong team of agents already in place, we’re now ready to bring on a Senior BDM - a remote leadership role - to play a pivotal role in scaling our next phase of growth.

The Role

As Senior BDM, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, leading the sales team, and strengthening lender relationships.

Drive weekly net revenue growth by maximising conversions from our introducer platform.

Lead and coach a team of agents — sharpening scripts, enforcing speed-to-lead, and improving consistency.

Use your existing lender knowledge and relationships to help secure faster approvals and better outcomes for clients.

Work past deals and identify refinancing/re-engagement opportunities.

Work with our application coordinator team through scenarios and coach them to improve efficiency and results.

Report suggestions for improvement directly to the founders with freedom to implement what works.

About You

5+ years proven success as a BDM and leadership exposure in SME/Commercial finance (business lending experience required).

Strong knowledge of unsecured SME business loans and the non-bank lender landscape.

You understand how non-bank lenders such as Prospa, OnDeck, Capify, Lumi, Bizcap, Shift, and Banjo operate — their credit appetites, processes, and quirks.

Highly driven, thrives on uncapped earnings and scaling results.

Leadership chops — you can close deals and coach others.
