Whilst managing key existing relationships you will leverage off the established client base to grow the portfolio and source new to bank business.

Duties

• Develop strong customer relationships
• Assess applications and referring to credit with recommendations
• Manage the loan application end to end to ensure a seamless outcome
• Develop a call program to service existing and new customers
• Approve within DLA where allocated
• Working towards and surpassing set quarterly budgets

About You

• Proven business development and sales experience
• Demonstrated credit assessment skills in small business banking
• Strategic and customer focused cross sales
• Ability to deliver an end to end service experience
