• Accounting: CFO and outsourced accounting, cloud-enabled solutions, corporate compliance
• Business Advisory: Strategic planning, restructuring, succession, turnaround, M&A, valuations
• Tax: Advisory, compliance, indirect and international tax, transfer pricing
• Audit & Assurance: Data analytics, due diligence, SMSF, payroll audit and internal/external audit

Your Impact

As a Senior Business Services Accountant, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services to a varied client base—ranging from SMEs to high-net-worth individuals. You'll collaborate with partners on complex client matters, lead accounting projects, and contribute to strategic client relationships.
Responsibilities

• Accounting and outsourced finance functions
• Tax planning, compliance, advisory, and transfer pricing
• Strategic business advisory

• Deliver comprehensive business services including:
• Serve as a key contact for clients such as retailers, property developers, not-for-profits, agriculture, and professional services
• Mentor and support junior staff—helping them grow through structured support and guidance
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and contribute to service innovations

What You Bring

• CPA or CA qualification—or progress towards it
• 4+ years of public accounting experience in business services, tax, or advisory within Australia
• Have full working rights in Australia - Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax legislation, and advisory methodologies
• Proficiency with cloud accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and financial analytics tools
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Ability to mentor team members and foster collaborative work culture
