The Corporate Finance team in their Perth office is growing and seeking an experienced professional to contribute to engagements with top clients across industries. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role within a capable and results-driven team.

The opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a thriving advisory team as Analyst or Associate. You'll be trusted to lead client engagements and play a critical role in larger, more complex assignments. Depending on your experience and interests, you may focus on either financial due diligence or mergers & acquisitions, working closely with senior leaders and clients to drive key business decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end financial due diligence assignments for both buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Assisting in the execution of M&A mandates, including preparation of marketing materials, and managing deal processes
• Analysing financial data and preparing robust valuation models and forecasts
• Identifying commercial risks, deal-breakers, and value drivers in target businesses
• Supporting capital raising activities and investor communications
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development

About you

We are looking for a driven and technically strong professional who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments. You are naturally analytical, comfortable engaging with clients, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will ideally bring:

• 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in professional services, preferably within a corporate finance, transaction services, or related advisory environment
• A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting to stakeholders
• High attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to team success
