Role Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in public practice accounting
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and basic advisory work
• Ability to manage routine client engagements with accuracy and professionalism
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for a variety of clients
• Assist in BAS preparation and compliance reviews
• Support senior staff in advisory projects and client meetings
• Build and maintain client relationships, responding to day-to-day queries
• Collaborate with team members across Perth and India to deliver seamless client service
• Participate in structured training and development programs to accelerate career growth
