Description

• Oversee all financial reporting and compliance obligations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to guide decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise financial performance.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team to achieve excellence.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller will be able to demonstrate:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA.
• Strong technical accounting and reporting skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in multiple accounting software and systems.
