Our client is a specialist leader in Western Australia's civil construction market, renowned for delivering technically complex and challenging infrastructure projects within highly urbanised environments. They offer a comprehensive suite of services, including civil and infrastructure construction services, consistently creating innovative, client-focused solutions.

They are actively seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to lead and manage their tendering process. In this critical role, you will review and interpret tender documentation alongside the Project Manager to maximise success in securing high-value projects-up to $45 million.

The Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in bid/tender/proposal experience in the civil construction industry
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organisational skills
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal
• Ability to multitask & work well under pressure without compromising quality
