About the role

Support our bid process and client tender responses:

Manage clarification questions and submission requirements across tender portals

Develop sophisticated templates using advanced MS Word functionality

Create document styles, formatting, and professional proposal templates

Read and interpret RFT/RFP requirements quickly and accurately

Efficiently utilise bid library content to create initial responses

Take meeting notes and circulate action items

Compile appendices and manage referencing

Proofread and conduct comprehensive checks

Additional administrative bid support tasks

About you

We're looking for someone who:

Prides themselves on attention to detail others miss

Enjoys collaborative team culture with mutual support

Has minimum two years bidding experience

Expert-level MS Word proficiency – advanced formatting, styles, templates, automation

Ability to rapidly navigate RFT requirements and bid library content

Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines

Strong customer service, organisational and multitasking skills

Works autonomously and as a team player

Has competent bid design skills – can create case study layouts, infographics, CVs etc

Enjoys remote working flexibility
