Join Lochness Landscaping Services as our Business Unit Coordinator, Horticulture.

Due to business growth, we're seeking an experienced and motivated horticultural expert to develop and grow our team of gardeners.

What you'll do:

Manage and support our team of gardeners to complete contracted works across multiple sites across metropolitan perth

be our primary point of contact for our horticultural clients

Create quotes and estimates for clients within your business unit.

Promote, generate and implement a sound safety culture across the team

Drive improvements in systems and processes. Manage and mentor a team of 10, overseeing performance, development, and scheduling

Promote and advertise LLS and seek additional opportunities for the team

Implement sound project management strategies for all projects

Provide leadership in developing and training new employees to ensure and improve Lochness's ability to produce quality service

What you'll bring:

Strong computer literacy—especially in Microsoft Office, Simpro and Deputy

Excellent people management and communication skills

Confidence in reading and understanding contracts, customer service, and supplier negotiations

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges

Strong organisational and analytical thinking

A positive attitude and ability to lead a small, dynamic team

Minimum 3-5 years of horticultural or landscape maintenance experience in a supervisory role

Qualifications and Requirements:

Certificate 4 in Horticulture, land management or irrigation, or relevant industry experience.

Certificate in Management or Project Management. Or relevant industry experience

Current Australian C Class driver's licence with clean driving record

Current White Card (Construction Induction Training)

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
