O3 (@o3space) is a venture-backed startup mixing tech + physical spaces to reconnect the world. We turn warehouses into workspace cafes where members work, study, and connect—both in-person and through our app.

If you're a barista who's more than a barista, we want you.

What You’ll Do:

Make killer coffee.

Be the vibe. Real hospitality, real connections.

Sell the vision. Manage memberships, rep O3.

Educate & inspire. Coffee, culture, community.

Own the floor. Orders, payments, smooth ops.

Protect the magic. This is Melbourne’s best space. We must keep it that way.

What We Need:

2+ years barista experience. Perfectionist. Thrives under high volume.

Fluent and friendly English.

Sales mindset—comfortable pitching memberships.

Good and creative—you bring the vibe.

Current VIC RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain before start.

Be flexible across sites. You may work at our upcoming Brunswick store.
