About the Barista role:

This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in coffee preparation, service, and customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a Barista or Senior Barista in a high-volume, specialty coffee setting.

Expertise in coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso machines.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills to elevate team performance.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Outstanding communication and customer service abilities..
