What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate costings, tenders, and submissions for commercial projects.
• Develop methodologies and documentation to support winning bids.
• Manage the tender process end-to-end with established templates and processes.
• Work on a variety of commercial projects—no houses here.
• Use Excel for estimating and help roll out new software to streamline workflows.

What You Bring

• Proven estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Confidence in pricing, tender preparation, and methodology development.
• Strong Excel skills and an openness to implementing new tech and systems.
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience on projects up to $5M highly regarded.
