The Role

ASSEMBLE have been engaged by our client exclusively to recruit a BDM / Estimator from the Scaffold industry for our client who offers a range of premium services and solutions such as scaffold access solutions, painting, rendering and signage for Tier 1 to Tier 3 Builders on medium rise, commercial and industrial projects in South East QLD. They currently have a team of 500+ across their group.

This role is Full-time and sits in their Scaffold Access Solutions Team. They are one stop shops for clients for all access solutions such as custom scaffold for projects, swing stages and mast climbers.

Their Head office is based on north end of the Gold Coast near Helensvale and they do offer flexibility for it to be a Hybrid role especially if someone is commuting from Brisbane.

They are a small but highly efficient team that only focus on a healthy mix of a few large high margain jobs per year and smaller jobs with good margins working with select clients as opposed to tendering on everything.

We are looking for an experienced BDM / Estimator from the scaffold industry to join our clients dynamic team.

In this role working closely with the GM, you will be instrumental in driving business growth, building on client relationships, and ensuring that our scaffolding solutions are accurately tailored to the needs of each project.

The role offers hybrid flexibility, a mix of working from their north Gold Coast office and from home in between seeing clients and doing site checks / quotes.
