This is a rare opening for a Senior Estimator who wants to step beyond traditional number-crunching. You’ll collaborate closely with an in-house design team, shaping architecturally designed homes from concept through to completion. This is a pivotal growth role – they’re looking for someone who can contribute ideas, think critically, and add value at every stage of the build. The Company:
Our client is a respected residential builder specialising in architecturally designed, bespoke homes throughout Brisbane’s premium inner-city suburbs, including Camp Hill, Coorparoo, Hendra, Bulimba and beyond. Operating with a small, close-knit team, they complete 8–10 custom homes per year. With a strong pipeline of new projects now entering design, they are expanding their team to meet increasing demand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the end-to-end estimating process for one-off custom builds
• Working closely with the design team and external consultants
• Assisting with PM and CA responsibilities – a role with variety, not repetition
• Using Cubit or CostX to prepare comprehensive BOQs
• Contributing to process improvements as the company grows

What You Bring:

• Proven experience estimating custom, high-end residential projects in Brisbane
• Strong understanding of bespoke construction methods and costings
• Proficiency in Cubit or CostX will be highly regarded
