TwoScots are thrilled to be partnering with one of Australia's leading security services providers to recruit a dynamic Client Services Coordinator within their Patrols division. This key operational support role will work closely with the State Manager and patrols team to ensure contract delivery, subcontractor management, and high levels of customer service across a wide range of client accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented coordinator with strong stakeholder skills to step into a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with an immediate start.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate contract performance through tracking patrol data, KPIs, and compliance
  
• Support subcontractor management - performance monitoring, approvals, invoicing, and payments
  
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, schedule patrols, and meet reporting obligations
  
• Oversee resourcing needs including rosters, overtime, leave balances, and recruitment coordination
  
• Respond to client requests and ensure all service incidents are followed up
  
• Assist with report preparation, training compliance, and subcontractor reconciliations
  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong coordination, communication, and administrative experience - ideally in a contract, facilities, or field services environment
  
• Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients
  
• High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  
• Confident working with data, reporting systems, and subcontractor workflows
  
• Resilient and proactive - takes initiative and can work both independently and as part of a team
  
• Experience within security, logistics, or mobile workforce industries highly regarded
  

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• No formal qualifications required - experience and attitude are key
  
• Must be available for an immediate start
  
• Strong MS Office and general systems proficiency essential
