About the role
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be a friendly first point of contact for our clients, directing phone enquiries and responding to emails about our services in a helpful manner. You will also coordinate bookings, perform data entry and manage appointment processing, while conducting basic assessments of client service needs as necessary. A high level of customer service is required for this role, along with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
This opportunity is located at our Traralgon centre and is a position. You must be available to work one evening shift a week on Thursday. The hourly rate is $48.93 - $50.31 + Super.
About you:
- Certificate/experience in office administration or equivalent experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new programs and business systems.
- Experienced in answering high volume inbound calls and delivering high quality customer service.
- High level of confidentiality to ensure client personal and financial information is maintained.
